Your Plan Data is Yours

We’ve built and run PlanHQ so that you can manage your key business and financial information online, and we treat this position with the highest importance and your data with the strictest of confidence. When you enter your data into your plan on PlanHQ you can be certain that only you and those people you provide authorised access to by invitation can see your Plan. We have implemented comprehensive security in PlanHQ (Read more on our security policy here) to provide you the highest level of privacy and will not provide any other third party access to any information unless required to by Law.

 

What do PlanHQ People See?

We maintain a secure administration interface over the whole PlanHQ application, across all customers so that we can better understand how PlanHQ is being used to maintain and improve the service. We never look at the detailed data from within your plan unless requested by you or with with your permission. Our interest in the data held on PlanHQ is limited entirely to how we can improve the PlanHQ service for you.

 

Your Personal Details

We collect information such as your company name, name, email address when you register with PlanHQ, we store this information and aggregate it. We never disclose this to any third parties except for the following circumstances.

• It is necessary to share information in order to investigate, prevent, or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person, violations of our Terms of Service or as otherwise required by law.
• We transfer information about you if PlanHQ is acquired by or merged with another company. In this event, PlanHQ will notify you before information about you is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

 

Browsers and cookies

The PlanHQ application uses cookies to store very simple information which discloses nothing about you or your data.

• A cookie is a small amount of data, which often includes some anonymous unique identifiers, that is sent to your browser from a web site’s computers and stored on your computer’s hard drive.
• Cookies are required to use the PlanHQ service and are used by a large number of secure online business services

Data storage and location

PlanHQ uses third party hosting partners to provide the necessary hardware, software, networking, storage, and other technology required to run PlanHQ. Although PlanHQ owns the code, databases, and all rights to the PlanHQ application, you retain all rights to your data (See above: Your Plan Data is your Data). Disclosure

PlanHQ may disclose personally identifiable information under special circumstances, such as to comply with the request of Law enforcement agencies or when your actions violate the Terms of Service.

 

Changes to this Policy

PlanHQ may periodically update this privacy policy. We will notify you about any significant changes in the way we treat your information by sending a notice to the primary email address of your first PlanHQ user, and by placing a notice on our website at PlanHQ.com.
